Happy Feet

Kathrin Simon

Even as a little girl animals were my hobby. Whether dogs, cats or rabbits.

I realized very early that I would like to work with animals professionally. Therefore I started my training as a veterinary assistant in 2002, which I successfully completed in 2005.

In 2007, I completed my training as a veterinary practitioner, among other things, to complement my specialist knowledge.

Since 2002 I have been caring for the most different animals.
In May 2015 I made my dream come true and opened my Animal Boarding House Happy Feet in Sandhausen.

In order to be constantly up to date and to improve my specialist knowledge, I regularly attend further training courses in the field of animal health and animal husbandry.

drop-off and pick-up times

There is no rest day in an animal boarding house, because all animals must always be well looked after.
But I treat myself to a "human time-out" on Sundays and holidays.
Pension guests can be brought and picked up from Monday to Saturday by appointment. Keeping appointments and respecting privacy is important to me in order to achieve the optimal posture with all the tasks that come up.

  • Monday through Friday:
Pick up the animals: 08:00 to 09:00 am and 04:00 to 05:00 pm
Bring the animals: 09:00 to 10:00 am and 05:00 to 06:00 pm
  • Samstag:
Pick up the animals: 09:00 to 10:00 am
Bring the animals: 10:00 to 11:00 am
  • Sundays and holidays: closed

In urgent or exceptional cases I also arrange special appointments outside the opening hours by arrangement.
